Do you host my assets?

WebDAM™ is a fully hosted system which means there is nothing to install and our expert IT team handles everything for you. Our turn-key system means a much less expensive and faster deployment time for you. Learn more about the benefits of a hosted system (or SaaS) in our DAM Learning Center.

Can I install WebDAM™ on my own server?

WebDAM™ is designed and optimized to run within our computing farm, providing greater scalability, reliability, and security for your digital files. It is therefore not offered as a licensed, installable software package.

Are my assets safe?

Our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure is geographically redundant (your assets are stored in multiple locations) and offers 24/7 security surveillance to be sure your assets are always safe. If you do require a complete in-house backup of your assets, inquire about our Export Service which provides a means for you to obtain regular backups to your own hard drive.

Does WebDAM™ scale?

Absolutely! WebDAM™ was developed with scalability in mind. In fact, many of our clients manage terabytes of assets and millions of files within WebDAM™.

How much does WebDAM™ cost?

Absolutely! Since WebDAM™ is 100% web-based, all you need is a web browser to access your digital files from anywhere in the world. WebDAM™ fully supports Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer on Mac and PC.

Is WebDAM™ easy to learn/use?
