If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us at support@spitfirephoto.com within 30 days and we will reprint and ship the order to your customer for no charge. If you would prefer a refund, we will be happy to refund the order, minus any applicable shipping charges.
We do our best to deliver high-quality products to your customer; however, there are issues that can occur that are out of our control.

Spitfire Photo is not responsible for the following:

1. Image resolution
Images submitted for printing that are below the recommended resolutions, are not eligible for a reprint or refund. We provide an icon () warning of low resolution images throughout the checkout process to give your customer ample opportunity to change the product to a size appropriate for the resolution of that particular image. Please only upload high resolution images to ensure high-quality prints.

2. Cropping
Images that were submitted for printing without ample crop margins are not eligible for reprint or refund if problems occur due to cropping. You should consider the print sizes that you are offering when uploading images to ensure important image content does not get cropped out. By default, Spitfire Photo will use a center crop setting on your images so that an equal amount of the photo will be cropped on each side to fit the aspect ratio of the selected product. However, your customer also has the opportunity to adjust the crop area in the shopping cart. Each image is clearly displayed with a red box designating the crop area.

A note on self-fulfilled products: If you are fulfilling your own orders either by printing at home or fulfilling through another lab, we leave it up to your discretion as to whether or not you would like to offer your customer a reprint or refund. If you like to request a refund for your customer, please do so by emailing support@spitfirephoto.com within 30 days of the order.
