WebDAM is Hiring: Customer Success Manager
WebDAM Solutions (www.webdamsolutions.com) provides enterprise class technology solutions and services for digital asset management. WebDAM, our widely adopted cloud-based solution, provides creative teams with online tools to manage, search, retrieve and distribute digital media and has been implemented within industries such as academia, non-profit, biotech, manufacturing and government to name a few. Clients include USC, Stanford, American College of Rheumatology, ABSciex, Sabra Dipping Company, Sodexo Corp, Calgary Tourism Board, VeriSign Inc, UCLA Health System and Inter American Development Bank.
We are seeking a high-energy, “people person” with a passion for web technologies to manage and build our client relationships. The Customer Success Manager will ensure WebDAM user adoption across the organization and act as the customer liaison, addressing all client organization needs. This is an interdisciplinary role and we are looking for someone that brings experience across job functions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to ensure user adoption, overall success and retention
- Serve as the customer advocate driving the evolution of the WebDAM platform
- Ensure smooth on-boarding process for new accounts
- Generate and maintain training materials and lead informative training webinars
- Educate customers on DAM best practices through blogging, webinars, tutorials and one-on-one discussions
- Possess a thorough understanding of the WebDAM platform
- Facilitate renewals and upgrades
- Capture client feedback, testimonials, and build case studies based on user experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Training, Technical Support, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, Project Management
- Ability to think strategically about organizational change and system integration
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable speaking in large groups and in front of executives
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to communicate effectively with both end users and technical teams
- Technically savvy; able to learn and embrace new technologies quickly
- High-energy, “people-person;” Must excel in a small team environment
- Innate ability to build long-lasting relationships and credibility
- Quick learner with a passion for web technologies
- BA/BS required
