We are seeking a driven business development representative to join our fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for career growth to break into tech sales for the right “hunter” personality. Our offices are headquartered in San Mateo, conveniently located near CalTrain, in the heart of Silicon Valley. Position includes competitive salary and commission compensation. Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
- Work with account executives to create and manage strategic accounts
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our products to prospects and schedule meetings
- Independently manage prospecting pipeline in salesforce.com
- Provide regular reports and meet quotas
- Make 50-75 calls daily
Desired Skills & Experience
- 4 year degree required
- 1-2 years of cold calling and selling experience
- Enterprise technology sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with salesforce.com, linkedin and jigsaw
- A passion for technology sales and cloud computing
